One method is to add ads as a Text Widget and position in the sidebars. Simply add a new Text widget and paste your code into area. Just be sure the ad itself is under 160 pixels wide.

The Ad Above…

The ad above this area is controlled by an Advertising Manager plugin which will allow you to load up multiple ads from other networks. It will automatically rotate through ads of a particular size and will handle all ads in one place.
